I need these documents mailed to me by the end of May, any girl who has not sent me her signed agreement by May 31st will no longer be able to model for this site. If you need me to re-send you the document, please e-mail me at cynthia@thecoverupgirls.com. If you cannot get to a printer/scanner e-mail me with your name and home address so I may send you a copy.
